WHAT IS CROSSFIT?

Crossfit is the principal strength and conditioning program for many police academies and tactical operations teams, military special options units, champion martial artists, and hundreds of other elite and professional athletes wordwide.
Our program delivers a fitness that is, by design, broad, general, and inclusive. Our specialty is not specializing. Combat, survival, many sports, and life reward this kind of fitness and, on average, punish the specialist.
The CrossFit program is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience. We’ve used our same routines for elderly individuals with heart disease and cage fighters one month out from televised bouts. We scale load and intensity; we don’t change programs.
The needs of Olympic athletes and our grandparents differ by degree not kind. Our terrorist hunters, skiers, mountain bike riders and housewives have found their best fitness from the same regimen.
Thousands of athletes worldwide have followed CrossFit workouts and distinguished themselves in combat, the streets, the ring, stadiums, gyms and homes.

GETTING STARTED

If you’re local and interested in a membership, come in and try out ONE FREE CROSSFIT CLASS! This will give you a good idea of what our community is about.

Step 1: Attend ONE Free Crossfit Class

Step 2: Attend Our Frameworks Class

Not familiar or comfortable (yet)? Before you join our regular group classes, you have the option to start with FrameWorks. This includes four 1-on-1 sessions with a coach. You’ll learn what CrossFit is, the 9 foundational movements and how to safely and properly execute them as well as gain confidence enough to move into normal classes. You will also learn about intensity and how we properly scale and modify workouts to get the best out of each and every workout. We will give you all the essentials to become successful in your CrossFit journey.
