Why did you get into fitness (and CrossFit)?

I originally joined CrossFit Fairbanks to gain strength to complete a Tough Mudder. I was completely hooked after my first on ramp class. Through CrossFit, I have gained confidence to complete physical tasks that I never imagined I could do, much less, do well.

Why did you become a trainer?

Simply put, my love for the sport. Sharing it with people, watching them accomplish things they never imagined. I know, CrossFit will help them become the best versions of themselves. Being a part of that journey is an incredible privilege.

Pull-ups

What is your favorite cheat food?

Brownies and pizza, in that order
