Why did you become a trainer?

I became a CrossFit trainer because CrossFit is something I am very passionate about and what better way than to take that passion and teach others with it. I really love how CrossFit isn’t just for a select group of people it Is for anyone and everyone. All levels of fitness are welcome. I think everyone should know about CrossFit and at least give it a try.I love being able to teach others something that can be so beneficial for their future life and health. Not only is CrossFit fun and brings you into the community but it has many health benefits by keeping people active and I love being apart of that.

Who’s your favorite Superhero and why?

My favorite superhero is and always will be Batman! As a kid my dad made me and my older sister believe that he was the one and only Batman! I sure did believe him, for years he had me think this. How awesome is that having your own dad as Batman. So this is why Batman is my go to guy.
