Why did you become a trainer?
When I was really young I had a massive impact on me. Through them, and CrossFit, I learned discipline and overcame one of the biggest challenges of my childhood. Little did I know that along with that came an amazing community and friendships that I will treasure forever. I joined for the fitness and became a trainer to help people discover the rest of it. Plus, I got to monologue for an a hour a day.
What’s your favorite CrossFit movement?
Snatch for sure. Such elegance, such grace.
What is your favorite cheat food?
It’s not so much a matter of what, but rather how much (corned beef though, 100%)
Who’s your favorite Superhero and why?
Starlord, man. Dude doesn’t have any powers but gets it done.
