Personal Training

If working out in a class setting is intimidating or just not your thing, CrossFit Fairbanks does offer personal 1-on-1 training. We like to individualize personal training around each person and what their needs/desires are; Whether it is sport specific, building strength or weight loss. Depending on what you are looking for, we are happy to build a program that will fit your expectations. Not sure what those are yet?
