CrossFit Fairbanks’ Framework program can be broken into three categories: exercise, community, and a growth based mindset. From these three areas we provide our members with skills and mindset to enter the regular group classes in a safe and enjoyable manner. The regular group class is designed to challenge your limits in a group atmosphere and continue your understanding of human performance, nutrition, and what it means to be fit. The CrossFit Fairbanks FrameWork Program establishes the base upon which you will build throughout your time doing CrossFit. It accomplishes this by instilling in each athlete the most mechanically efficient, and therefore, safest way to move.
