CrossFit Classes

By definition, CrossFit is constantly varied, functional movements performed with high intensity. Constantly varied means we incorporate a number of different types of elements to get a full body workout. Elements ranging from your cardio respiratory endurance, stamina, flexibility, strength, balance, power, speed, coordination, agility and accuracy. Functional movements means, every movement learned and performed at CrossFit Fairbanks will transfer into your daily life (inside AND outside of our facility). Our highly trained coaches will help you over time find where your high intensity threshhold is and help you get a safe, effecient and effective workout! CrossFit workouts will not only give you the strength and energy to do daily tasks, but also in becoming a better all around athlete.

CrossFit Fairbanks is well known for focusing on our athlete’s form and technique over intensity. Our program ranges from technical and basic strength movements to various traditional CrossFit movements. You will learn all of this in our FrameWorks program and with our coaches as they go over our workouts during class. When working all of these movements, you will receive a great full body workout that changes daily to help fit your basic workout needs. Everything we offer here can be scaled and our staff is knowledgeable in each of the movements to guide you to success in accomplishing something you have never been able to achieve before!
