Thursday’s are usually our Active Recovery/Open Gym days. Since most of you missed Monday, We will still have a workout posted that you can complete on your own during Open Gym hours. Come in anytime from 6:30am-7:30pm. There are no scheduled classes on Thursday’s, just open gym.

5:30pm meet at Hoodoo  for one of the last run’s of the season!!!!

Warm up:
3x
1 min. Plank
10/10KB Side Bends
10 Goblet Squats

Conditioning:
Every 10 minutes, for 40 minutes (4 sets) for times:
Row 500 Meters
15 Burpees
20 Box Step-Ups with Dumbbell
Run 400 Meters

***If you are unable to complete the work given in the 10 minutes, scale down the reps to something manageable.
